Software Description


Fully protected internet software to be used for "Studio Management", a software which will enable you to focus in what you like to do best.

As the software being an internet tool, it could be remote accessed from anywhere you like: home, office, cellular. The software can also be used by a multiple no of users on the same time.

This software divides the studio management into four levels:

1. Customers management – beginning from the quotation step including follow up rejections and reasons, up until the point where the work finalization and payment closure. Customer payments and event cost are showing as well.
The software is saving a customer archive with the possibility of emailing directly from within the system.
2. Business management – Through the database we can assign employees to events as well as control employees wages (how much we owe them, for which events and when have they been paid)
3. Inventory management – the database manages the store inventory and enables controlling debts to suppliers.
4. Business partners – It has been proved that one of the best way to advertise is through business partners. The software enables managing the business our relations with business partners whom we worked and cooperated with on each event, who they were, what has been sent to them from the event (pictures disc etc..), when have we been in touch .
5. Reports – the database could process varied reports : income and expenses, profits for each event current year and past one – this enables us to decide whether there is a need to increase rates, collections reports, advertisement profitability, rejections report.

The software has two authorizations:
1. Admin – has access to all system with the ability to change, add etc
2. Employee – view data only

The database is sold as an annual subscription at a cost of $100 per year.
